had

completed

The
instructions
concerned
payment
of
outstanding
debts
and
loans
,
the
smallest
of
which
was
twenty
-
seven
dollars
and
the
largest
one
hundred
eighty
dollars
.
A
note
to
"
Louise
"
ended
with
"
one
last
joke
.
Little

Mother

.
"
The
note
to
"

Dorothy

"
began
with
instructions
for
payment
of
debts
to
be
made
from
his
insurance
,
and
ended

my
grave
.
"
The
photocopy
of
the
letter
to

of
the

was
unreadable
in
spots
,
indicated

by
