shaving

other

every
third

week

the
rule
.

Saturday
he
was
a
sight
to
see

course
,
as
his
own
self
-
respect
vanished
,
it
perished
for
him
in
Carrie
.
She
could
not
understand
what
had
gotten
into
the
man

had
some
money

a
decent
suit
remaining

he

bad
looking

dressed
up

She
did

forget
her
own
difficult
struggle

Chicago
