odour

in
a
coarse

blue
coat

without
being

a
greatcoat

surtout

partook

the
nature
and
qualities
of
both

about
him
that
sort

slovenly
smartness

swaggering

which
is
peculiar
to
young
gentlemen

smoke
in
the
streets
by

shout
and

the

by

waiters

Christian

various
other
acts
and
deeds

an
equally
facetious

He
wore
a
pair
of
plaid
trousers

gloves
